亚马逊侵权被投诉，资金冻结。请了律师和解了，但是资金一直被冻结。请问怎么解决？

我去年的时候有一款产品被投诉侵权，亚马逊发小红旗通知我的资金被冻结。后来找了律师与对方和解了，当时资金也是解封了。但是当天又马上又被冻结了，资金到现在还是被预留的状态。开了很多case 也没有用，联系了付款团队只是回了一封邮件说正在调查，后续有进展会通知。请问这种需要怎么做？是否还需要我申诉？

我15号发的邮件，他们那边的回复像是那种自动回复。

怎么查的？我知道是哪款产品侵权的。而且我们找了律师和解了的。但是亚马逊这边一直不放款，就觉得很奇怪

有的而且当时律师那边说解决了的时候，我在后台看到的资金确实是解封状态的。只是没多久，就马上又变成unavailable balance了被冻结了这才是我觉得最奇怪的地方
