纯小白卖家注册问题请教

最近闲来无事，看了一些amazon电商资料，就想着自己也去注册一个熟悉一下。问题来了如下：
注册需要填写的步骤
企业资讯-》卖家信息-》商城-》账单-》店铺-》验证
到了商城这步显示一个（全球开店促销 每月支付39.99美元服务费，即可进入北美、欧洲和日本商城）而且三个选项无法取消，这个是可以同时入住三个商城吗？
之前看到一些介绍说卖家销售计划有individual和professional可选，想先选individual计划去熟悉平台起。（好多问题还没弄清楚。比如选品、物流时间费用等）想真正开始卖产品的时候再改为professional。现在已经填到了账单这步，在哪部可选individual选项，还是说现在没有这个选项了？

We understand that you want to open an Individual Selling Account instead of a Professional one.

In order to keep the email address you initially used to register, you have to complete the registration for a Professional Seller account. While registering, you will be charged an initial subscription fee of $39.99. However, once the enrollment is completed, we can refund this amount to your Seller account balance.

After doing so, please contact us again requesting reimbursement of the Professional selling fee of $39.99. It takes 3-5 business days from the date of reimbursement for the funds to appear. The fund will then be transferred to your bank account at your account’s next payment date.
