有谁从GS1官网购买过UPC吗？

我想请问，GS1中国官网购买后，拿到证书，
可以拿到亚马逊欧洲站美国站去申诉吗？
因为营业执照是中国的，或者可以用中国的营业执照去GS1US官网申请？

最近新品不能上传，查帖子说是品牌被保护了。

Trademark
Legal Agreement
Letter of Affiliation
Letter of Affiliation should be clear and legible.
Include letterhead (preferably with logo).
Include the issuer's name and contact information that Amazon can contact to verify if necessary.
The affiliation between the brand and GTIN Owner should be clearly called out.
