移除库存违规问题

之前一段时间有一些冗余库存，找了做库存移除的服务商，就是把库存寄到某个买家地址，然后服务商用人民币结算钱。
今天突然收到了违规警告需要回复，要不然讲无法使用库存移除功能，问一下大家有遇到这样的问题吗？行动计划怎么样写毕竟合适呢？

只是警告可能以后不给用移除库存功能了还是说可能会封号呀？

提交了POA，现在已经恢复了移除功能了，也没其他事情
