18年的老账户突然被审核！！！！
周四收到绩效通知：
Hello,

We are conducting a review of your Amazon account in order to comply with applicable laws related to commercial transactions. During the review, you will be unable to access your account.

We will notify you by email when our account review is complete.

除此之外没有其他任何提示，然后我开了case联系客服问我需要做什么，回复了已经将case转到亚马逊绩效团队。然后今天周六，收到了这个邮件：

Hello,
We are writing because we have not received the information we requested in our previous e-mail. If we do not receive this information within 4 days, your account may be closed. To comply with applicable laws related to commercial transactions, we are conducting a review of your account. Within 4 days, please send us this information for NAME to our secure fax line at 1-206-922-5821:
- Complete residential address - A copy of valid passport or other government issued identification, (for example, driver’s license) - The e-mail address that is registered to your Amazon account - Confirmation ID: 7150****71
We will send an e-mail within 24 hours confirming receipt. We will convert your fax to a secure electronic image.

亚马逊在节日季时会评估卖家账号全年的表现，并通过系统自动计算风险，选出高风险的第三方卖家账号进行审核。你很有可能现在账户是没有任何问题的，但是由于在过去半年中出现过买家投诉、退货率高等问题的，都很有可能引起亚马逊的再次审核。审核时提供真实文件，否则可能会造成帐户关闭，如果信息都没有变化，把以往审核时提供的文件整理好，同时提高现有的帐户绩效。
