版主，我按照你的方法注册了，但是没有那个电话认证的那一步，是在哪呢？注册完之后我就收到了这样一封邮件。

阿默，

我于几天前刚刚注册了一个美国站的帐号，两天后就收到以下邮件。
在此期间，我什么操作都没做（我没上传产品），也就是说，我应该没有违反亚马逊的政策。我感觉这封邮件中所写的内容挺严重的（红色标注的那部分）。

请问：
1、这是什么情况啊？我应该做什么操作？
2、我注册此账户时用的是招商银行多币种信用卡（VISA），我的帐号出现下述问题会否于此有关？
