欧洲站注册有人遇到这样的问题吗？

6月份注册亚马逊欧洲站，扣完费之后立马被冻结了，然后又KYC审核，7月15日提交了资料之后，账户已经重新激活了，但是KYC还在审，现在收到这个邮件， 7月份至今信用卡没扣费，但是问银行，信用卡是正常的，并没有查到有亚马逊的扣费的请求，是哪出问题了？
