品牌备案突然被取消了......

英国站品牌备案一直不通过，邮件回复如下。
We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application in Amazon Brand Registry as we found your e-mail address is associated with another account, which is blocked as per our records. We request you to delink and re-apply for us to move ahead with your application. We apologize for any inconvenience our decision might have caused.
提交几次都没有成功，后来发现我的美国站品牌备案也被注销了。
2018年美国站备案的时候，加拿大就已经被冻结了，当时备案也成功了，现在再次提交备案因为加拿大站被封而无法提交，加拿大也无法申诉了。各位大神有没有遇到类似情况，该这么解决？

你是同一个品牌在不同站点备案吗？从邮件看是说你的品牌与另一个账号显示关联，品牌备案之后，在其他店铺再次使用该品牌需要进行授权，而不是再次备案哦。
