Thank you very much for taking the time to read my letter. I received an email a month ago reminding me that our sales account has been suspended because it claimed that I had listed untrue items.
I have sent you an appeal email before, but it didn't pass. Then I contacted your staff and asked about any deficiencies in the information we submitted. This time I prepared a new document in accordance with the standard stated by your colleague.
We immediately launched a series of investigations. After inspection, it was not found that the products sold had received complaints from customer and accompany. But we have realized the seriousness of this matter, so we asked the supplier to provide documents such as production authorization certificates or patents.
And we promise all product was purchase by the brand owner or manufacturer authorized by the brand owner, there are no packaging infringement and brand infringement issues. And our product picture was provided by the brand owner.
Please note that ASIN B12345X5 B12345XV and B12345XB doesn't have any sales record after I list the product since July 15, 2020
I bought some products from a supplier and only prepared 20 stocks for each product.
And I can provide purchase invoices for B12345X5 B12345XV and B12345XB.( Please check invoice in attachment).

As long as I purchase something from the merchant, I can ask the merchant to issue the invoice for me at any time. However, the date on the invoice can only be the date on which the invoice is issued. Because no one has the right to change the date in the Chinese tax system.
So the invoice date is the last few days.
If you buy something in China and issue an invoice, you must pay 13% tax more when purchasing items at price （Vat including）in China.
For example, this invoice cost me close to 200 RMB.
For most Chinese sellers, as a small seller like me,in order to save product costs, everyone does not require an invoice when purchasing.
And we have the procurement contract ( PURCHASE ORDER in attachment) about the product above please check.
Here is our plan of action to avoid future problems:
1. Resolutely not sell fakes. We will hire a quality inspector, and then all units will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt to ensure both authenticities and that they match entirely to the color, description, and other details.
2. We just a small seller. In order to stay alive on Amazon and let the customers feel better shopping experience, we seek the merchants with stable quality authorize us to sell. I think the problem that caused this accident is that we follow-up on-sell other seller products, did not write our own title description picture, etc. Therefore, we deleted the listing and prepared to create our own listing. We will work hard to create our own brand.
3. Finally, we promise to research all policies and agreements of Amazon. And we will confirm and survey the intellectual property issues on products before creating a new listing. We will first verify intellectual property issues to ensure that the product does not violate any other seller's brand rights or patent rights. And not plagiarism other seller product titles, pictures, and descriptions, etc.
We have been happily selling on Amazon for a long time and after some initial start-up bumps, we have been able to keep great metrics and provide great products to many happy customers.
We would like to reiterate that we understand that Amazon values customer experience extremely highly. We believe Amazon is a fair platform and will give us a fair process result. I hope you realize that we are sincere in our intentions and hope to be selling on Amazon again soon.
