售假，提交申诉2次，未通过

收到两封被投诉售假的邮件的ASIN， 一样的产品，只是颜色不同。同一个供应商。
1.其中一个ASIN ，已经提供了增值税发票+授权书，已经通过了
2.另外一个ASIN ，提供了2次， 第一次回复说认证不了供应商信息， 第二封邮件我们直接再 开一张发票，但是这次未附上授权书，因为想到之前已经发过，

回复不通过，邮件如下

我们分析了下，
1.数量写少了
2.授权书没有附上，可能每次审核的人，都不一样，所以等于重新再审核了一次，资料得全部附上

各位，这个问题应该不难解决吧，心惊惊的，因为亚马逊已经很清楚告诉我们问题在哪里了
