英国站刊登不了某个产品？

健康个护类的产品，小工具。第一次就刊登到英国站，耗费了半天时间，竟然最后刊登不了，同类产品也有，心态有点崩。我能刊登到德国么？还是说刊登哪个国家没什么用。
