我的商标无法品牌注册，说我帐号关联，可是我没有呀

-北美注册商标，一直说我账户关联，我账户注册了，北美，欧洲，日本，澳大利亚，印度，新加坡，都是不同邮箱连在一起的全球销售，
-请问现在怎么办，才能注册成功，请求大神帮忙!
