求助！账户被封，提款需要回复几个问题

各位大佬，我账户在六月份被关联误封，虽然是误封但是之后自己没申诉没来，现在已经过了九十天，写信去申请账户资金，亚马逊回信让提供几样资料，有点看不懂，希望有看懂的帮助一下，谢谢。

不明白亚马逊要的是什么，是公司名称吗，代理商是啥

关联申诉回来的概率非常小，即使申诉成功也只能是一个店铺，如果账户有钱，只能考虑强开取款

账户不要了，现在就是提款问题
