品牌无法进行GTIN豁免

自己授权了一个品牌，然后去申请GTIN，客服说不支持申请GTIN是怎么回事
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you would like GTIN exemption to list products of brand : xxx on Amazon in the given Categories.

On checking, the brand :xxx has now been enforced to provide GTINs in our catalog for the given Categories and therefore the products do not qualify for GTIN exemption.

Please be informed that there are certain brands that require GTIN in order to list their products on Amazon and GTIN exemption does not apply to these brands. Unfortunately,brand : xxx is part of brands that require GTIN so exemption cannot be used for these branded products.

So, you can either contact the manufacturer to provide product IDs for the products or as an alternative, you can contact GS1 which is an organization that provides barcodes for products.

You can also contact the brand owner who is enrolled in brand registry in order to be added as a role to brand registry, after which you can be given GTIN exemption for the brand.

Kindly contact the Rights Owner with the steps below to be added as a role.

申请GTIN也没有让提供GS1编码，要去后台找客服？

你的品牌申请类目和gtin申请的豁免类目不一致，比如你品牌是16类办公的话，你申请电子类目的GTIN豁免是过不了的。
