亚马逊美国站太久不用被关闭，还能重新注册吗？

大概四五年前随手注册了亚马逊美国站，当时填的是个人资料还是公司资料忘记了，只记得账户暂时用不上所以转成了个人卖家不扣月租，后来忘记了用户名和密码就搁置了，最近终于找回来登陆就提示太久没交易被关闭，提示内容如下，想问下这种况我还能用同样的资料重新注册美国吗？
