以下是客户真实发生状况,一个耳机用错 Promotion Code,造成了日出三百单!!听起来好像很多,但是每一单都只有 1 USD 而已..买到没库存为止!一早起来吓了一大跳!赶紧写信给亚马逊说要取消!以下是收到的回复:

I'm very sorry to hear about this. In this case I would recommend that you cancel all the effected orders.
I'm afraid this might affect yourcancellation rate. (看来这个还是救不了了!)Hence once cancelled I would recommend that you write back to us so we could forward your email to our performance team to annotate your account.
Meanwhile,you can proceed with cancelling the orders. I would recommend that you also contact each buyer informing them of the error and that you were forced to cancel the order.
You can get the buyers email from an order report and email them in bulk. Here's how:
Manually request an Order Report as follows: 1. From the Orders tab, select Order Reports or go directly to the page:http://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/transactions/orderPickup.html 2. Make a selection from the Select Days drop-down and then click the Request Report button. Download completed Order Reports as follows:

In the "Check Report Status & Download" section, click the Download button for the report you want. 3. Your browser might prompt you to choose whether to save or open the report file. If prompted, save the file. If the file opens automatically, save the opened file to your computer using the File > Save as... command in the application that opened the file. 4. You can view the downloaded report using a spreadsheet or database program such as Microsoft Excel or Access. If your browser automatically opens the report in a text editor, just save a copy (see #3 above) and then open that in a spreadsheet or database program. If you would prefer XML Order Reports, contact Seller Support and let us know; we will reconfigure your report generation settings for you. Be sure to let us know your desired frequency (every 4 or 8 hours, or once a day at a specific time) so we can set up your scheduled reports.

也就是说,基本上还是有很大一个部份是卖家设定的错误,不要在铁齿了!从此以后,你只需要照下面的设定来设定,不要再去自作聪明,弄个买一送一,买哪个送哪个,会出事情的!

请亚马逊处理:说是自己粗心、不小心设定错误,请求亚马逊取消订单,并且归为 Technical Issue,我看过亚马逊帮几个卖家处理过,会当几个卖家寄送 Technial Issue 的电邮给所有下单的买家,虽然买家是叫苦连天!但也没有办法。但是刚好那几个都是feedback破千的大卖家!对于小卖家而言,还是有点大小眼..可能会叫卖家自己承担 Cancellation rate 的损失!
卖家自己处理:很无奈地,小卖家只能取消客户的 Order!并且一封一封的寄信给买家道歉(但请不要提到留评,因为通常买家对于自己订单被取消已经非常的不开心,在提到留评..差评很快就会来!)只要说是自己 Technical Error 就可以了!但是还是会影响你的 Account Health!

如何找到这些错误的 Order?刚刚内文亚马逊已经有写好了!大家可以从 Download completed Order Reports as follows:这一段开始按操作,因此可以提取买家的 Order ID 之后,就可以手动寄信给买家了!以下有一些建议链接的方法!

总而言之,身为小卖家还是比较劣势的!现在新的亚马逊卖家一开始的目标就要把 Feedback 提升到 1000 左右!其他的都不管,因为 1000 feedback 以上的卖家,是可以到国外的论坛做一些推广服务,到那个时后,订单跟产品能见度,才会有更大的成长!
