销售申请的问题

第一次在欧洲站卖东西,我上架了一个自发货的产品后台是有库存的，但是前台显示没有库存.
然后我点帮助,收到一封亚马逊的邮件:

根据那封邮件中提供的网址

我点击进入了销售申请那个页面,
·出现账户检查,我点击那个转至申请按钮，发页面又刷新到原来的网页,试了几次，发现貌似页面只会刷新一下.
导致我无法提交材料，我也不知道需要提交什么材料.

有没有朋友碰到过这种情况的？
