账号注册完成却没有销售权，一直申请一直被拒绝这种情况要怎么办

美国站2020年4月份注册的，账号一直没卖东西，最近发了货，但是账号美国却不可售，我按照要求提交了营业执照和身份证一直显示被拒绝无法验证文件，这种情况有没有能解决的

点进去以后要求要提交营业执照和身份证，都提交了一直被拒绝，显示无法认证文件，可是账号后台一切正常，就是没有销售权

是不是长时间不用的账号，都会被审核团队卡。
我的账号也是接近一年没用，现在重新升级后需要身份验证，也是一直通不过，理由是公司经营异常，实际是正常的
