关于品牌授权失败

We are unable to process this request because your brand account has an unhealthy status. We require all relevant accounts across all marketplaces to have a healthy status to add a role to a brand.

To find more information about why an account has an unhealthy status, please visit the Account Health page in Seller Central for all your accounts across all marketplaces and ask the user to do the same. This will allow you to identify where the concern is and how to fix it.

Once you have rectified the concerns and all accounts are healthy, you can re-submit this request by opening a new case using the Brand Registry Contact Us page in your account. Select 'Update your brand profile' and then click on 'Update role for user account'.
我是品牌授权方，这个邮件意思是授权和被授权店铺中存在账户健康状况不良好的意思吗？我的账户状况是良好的，被授权店铺账户状况是存在风险，是因为存在风险所以授权失败吗？如果是因为这个原因，要怎么操作才能完成授权嘞？求各位大神解答，谢谢。
