加拿大站的车充认证的相关疑问

已经上传了一份UL 2089 报告给亚马逊，但是亚马逊给出了以下回复，很困惑呀

1. We have reviewed your submission and noticed that the test report provided by you is a scanned report and is not acceptable.
In order to move forward with the approval process, you must provide a valid document from a ILAC/ISO 17025 approved laboratory that shows evidence that your product was tested according to the below standards.
Documentation evidencing that all Mobile phone Car chargers you are applying to sell are certified under UL 2089 or IEC/UL/CSA 60950-1 or IEC/UL/CSA 62368-1 standards.
Please note: We noticed that the submitted Test report [21ITC0201028S] is scanned one and is not acceptable.

2. Your case has been verified and we noticed that the model number of the ASIN is missing on the product's Detail Page. Therefore, please update the product's Detail Page with the model number (the part_number and the model_number attributes) in order to move forward with the approval process.

3. Image of the product displaying the model number and Brand/manufacturer name on the product, matching the test reports and Amazon's detail page.
