品牌授权说没有接受条款

在德国站有A账号切已经备案品牌，现在要授权该品牌给B账号。B账户应在品牌页面注册了，但是A账号再提交授权后总是收到这样的邮件。说是没有接受他们的条款和条件，但是在B账户进入品牌页面时候没有任何条款需要同意，已经进入到最后的品牌备案页面了。大家有没有遇到类似问题的大神？

We have searched for XXXXXXin our database and see that the email address XXXXXX has not accepted Brand Registry's Terms and Conditions. This action must be completed before the customer can be added to the brand account. Please have them log into Brand Registry and accept Terms and Conditions.

If the users already have a seller account with Amazon, they can create a Brand Registry user account with the same credentials. Direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.

They can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the following link:

https://brandservices.amazon.de

Steps:
1. Click 'Eligibility Requirements'.
2. Under option '2' (Sign into Amazon Brand Registry), click 'create one for free'.

Once the seller account is registered with Brand Registry, ask the seller to follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Seller Central (using the same email/password log-in as the Brand Registry account).
2. Click Settings and choose Account Info.
3. In the Business Information, click the option 'Your Merchant Token' .
4. Enter the alphanumeric token provided.
