有个ASIN被亚马逊移除了listing,收到的绩效通知如下:
We removed one or more of the products listed at the end of this e-mail due to policy violations related to the ******* and conditions created by Amazon.com. You can find the Amazon policy that was violated at the end of this email. If defects are corrected you can respond back to the Seller Support team for potential reinstatement.
*** Specific Amazon Policy Violated: All ******* must be packaged in unopened retail packaging, and product images must accurately depict the retail packaging the customer will receive. Sellers are prohibited from listing ******* in open box condition or in inner factory foil packaging.. ***

第一次申诉提交了供应商提供的发票,绩效团队回复违反的亚马逊政策:
***Specific Amazon Policy Violated: All ***** must be packaged in unopened retail packaging, and product package must be the FIRST image and accurately depict the retail packaging the customer will receive. Sellers are prohibited from listing ***** in open box condition or in inner factory foil packaging.***
我们的主图没有带盒子,联系客户帮忙更新图片,客服只丢给我们一些常规的步骤,按照这些步骤我们需要approval
才能修改,然后又回到了审核那里。
第二次重新提交了发票还是没有过,第三次提交了发票和已修改的主图,还有POA
。不知道这次能不能幸运通过。
想问下有遇到同样情况的小伙伴吗?有申诉通过吗?需要提交哪些资料的?谢谢!
