CPC玩具认证！

亲们，最近遇到了亚马逊的CPC玩具认证。提供了供应商做的，但是回复说不通过，内容如下：
1. In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or priVATe labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.

A是我们的亚马逊账号，B是供应商，C是第三方检测机构。那么问题出在哪里？这个检测报告应该由我们供应商签署？还是说要有一个美国的进口商才可？跪求大佬指点一下，谢谢谢谢！

我不明白的是这个出具证书的是只要国内供应商信息就可以呢还是说需要一个国外的进口商资料填上去？
