我收到一个绩效通知,提示因为发货延时率过高,账号被冻结。我在后台申诉过一次,amazon回邮件说plan is not complete,然后我又回了一封邮件,写了一些更详细的计划,amazon还是回复那封邮件。邮件原文如下:
Hello,
We received your information, but your plan is not complete. Our review of your account found that your late shipment rate is higher than the goal of less than 4%.
To sell on Amazon.com, please reply to this message with a plan that explains how you will prevent late shipments in the future. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
请问这种情况有没有申诉回来的可能,我还需要提供什么详细的计划,有没有人可以提供邮件模板啊,万分感谢!
