亚马逊品牌授权失败怎么回事？

我想把品牌授权到别的店铺，但是亚马逊回复如下：
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,

Thank you for reaching out with your request to add a role to your brand.

We have searched for [******] in our database and were unable to find a Brand Registry account associated with this email address. Unfortunately, we can only add roles for accounts that have been registered in Brand Registry.

If the users already have a seller account with Amazon, they can create a Brand Registry user account with the same credentials. Direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.

They can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the following link:

https://brandservices.amazon.com
这是怎么回事呀，求问！！！

A，备案账号，授权给新账号B
1，B账号注册品牌备案账户（brand register/store 那里注册提交）
2,A 品牌管理页面add a new role

没有呢，都是新号，我授权了四个号都不行，一样的回复

楼主，我也是收到跟你一样的拒绝邮件。我很纳闷说Enter the Email Address login of the Brand Registry user account:这一栏你是填的授权账户的邮箱还是被授权账户的邮箱。

我看字面意思应该是授权账户的邮箱，但是我看别人的教程有的说是授权账户的邮箱，有的说是被授权账户的邮箱。

另外还有一个，我觉得被授权的账户应该要注册一个品牌备案账户才行

被授权的账号需要先注册一个品牌注册账号，再授权。我是这样弄的，很快就成功了。
