在后台给客人发送信息，显示下面的字，开case客服也无法查明原因

这个账户被限制了，有没有关联邮箱，有的话看一下，

看了关联邮箱没有收到相关邮件，开case问客服带我游花园，发各种连接给我看，都是无关的
