欧洲玩具类包装应该是什么样的？

提交了法国和意大利，都回复说不符合要求
但是两个国家的回复有不同
法国的只是要求要有公司名和制造商地址，这个图片都有，不知道为什么还说不行
意大利的回复说包装上地址要是欧盟国家，这个地址是什么方面的地址？
其他几个站点还没有提交，不知道是否都不一样呢

法国：
