品牌授权失败，店铺要在被关闭前做出授权吗

各位大神们，小弟有 2 个账号

A账号，已成功备案品牌A，之后做了几个月，种种原因，账号被关闭 deactived。
B账号，新开的店铺，

我登入brandregister,用账号A授权给账号B
结果收到这mail
