一个产品listing图片被篡改，提交了一次资料不给处理。有服务商能处理吗？

We are unable to approve your requested change since we have not received sufficient proof that supports this request.

Note that in order to make changes to the detail page, the below proof has to be provided:

– The manufacturer's site, not a vendor or another retailer, and it must contain a Unique Product identifier UPC/EAN/GTIN.

– Or images that include the product packaging, the UPC and model/make if there is one.

– Or the Manufacturer's data sheet or product manual (scanned or .pdf format from their website). It must contain an image of the product and the unique product identifier.
