怎么进行品牌授权？

上一次授权给其他卖家，回复邮件是这样说的：The Customer has not accepted Brand Registry's Terms and Conditions. This action must be completed before the customer can be added to the brand account. Please have them log into Brand Registry and accept Terms and Conditions.

想问一下品牌授权，被授权方也是需要用这个品牌进行备案吗？
这样操作有没有关联账号的风险？

知道的麻烦告知一下，谢谢！

备案是只能备案一次的，你应该要做的是授权，没有关联风险
