【新手求助】关于销售申请通过后，listing仍为不可售状态

亚马逊一个多月新手。
刚刚通过了亚马逊的玩具品类销售申请，但是之前上传的listing还是处于不可售状态。
求教下各位大神，需要怎么解决呢。目前查到的解决办法有两种：
1. 开case请客服刷新；
2. 使用模板重新刷新listing。
请问这种情况下开case请客服刷新是否可行？若使用模板重新刷新，请大神们告知一下具体步骤。

我不知道你的是什么原因啊 你看下能发库存不 新建的listing先点下转化成亚马逊配送吧

昨天申诉过后，客服给我刷新通过了，但同时让我提供CPC证书，全部上传后，listing已经变为缺货状态，可以发货。但后台也收到邮件，要求对几个方面进行修改，否则会有下架风险：
1. 1. Please be informed that we can only accept product images. Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and product packaging clearly displaying:

i) Manufacturer name
ii) Manufacturer address
iii) Warning label (as applicable)

2. Please update CPSIA Warning Attribute in detail page.
这些都容易解决，主要是下面这条关于CPC的，
In order to move forward with the approval process, please submit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued by the manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on the guidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted as it is issued from the testing laboratory.这个始终不理解是什么意思，我们的CPC报告里面是有标明进口商信息的，请问进口商各位是怎么填写的？CPSC是否关于进口商有一份名录啊？

已经可以正常发货，但会有下架风险。我在楼下放了后台的回复
