欧洲站账户被停用

新注册的欧洲站，还没使用，账户被停用，我把主要信息简述一些，请大神们给指导一下：

此前5月5日亚马逊欧洲站月租扣款25英镑，扣款成功；
5月14日收到亚马逊发来两封邮件说“我们无法验证您在亚马逊支付账户上注册销售时提供的信息，因此，您在亚马逊支付账户上的销售无法打开。不幸的是，这意味着您将无法继续在亚马逊上销售”，不同的是以中午发来的邮件中说回复此邮件可以[size=14.6667px]重新启动验证流程，回复后账户恢复正常；
6月3日收到邮件“我们无法验证您在亚马逊支付账户上注册销售时提供的信息，因此，您在亚马逊支付账户上的销售无法打开。不幸的是，这意味着您将无法继续在亚马逊上销售”。，这次收到邮件就让申诉，但是因为现在正处于KYC提交资料时期，所以没注意到这封邮件，还以为是因为KYC的原因导致账户停用呢，发来3次申诉，但都是关于KYC的
请问这种情况，我应该如何申诉，需要更换付款信用卡嘛？

我也是这样提示，申诉了半年了，做了假账单，找了服务商就是过不了。

找的服务商不硬提交过假资料有点复杂了，还可以解决

KYC不是大问题，自己不好过可以解决

目前账户是停用状态，可以申诉，只是不知道要申诉什么
