Please note that any information sent to us written in the email itself or in a .txt, .doc, or .docx excel formats (text documents) are not valid receipts and cannot be used as proof of purchase.
We require either a scanned copy (or photograph) or a pdf version of the invoice/packing slip confirming that these units were bought and sent to Amazon.
The invoice must be the original invoice, show the purchase of the products from a supplier or manufacturer, and include:
- The date of that purchase
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity purchased
- Full name and address of invoice issuer
- Full name and address of purchaser
If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the signed packing slip, which must include:
- The date of delivery
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity shipped
- The manufacturer signature or stamp
As a reminder, please ensure that your invoices include all units that you have sent in your shipments from the invoice date to the receipt of the shipment currently under investigation.
