新注册欧洲站账户被停用

我新注册的欧洲站，正在KYC二审呢（二审让提交的资料是公司账户综合信息查询凭证，应该与账户被停用无关），突然账户被停用，是付款信用卡的问题吗？我用的是万事达信用卡，但是之前这个信用卡欧洲站已经扣款成功（北美站也成功扣除月租），目前可以申诉，但是不知道是哪里的问题，所以不知道该如何申诉，哪位大神可以给指导下？
邮件如下：（首次欧洲站扣款成功后，收到过这样的邮件，让回复邮件，重新启动审核流程，后回复邮件后账户恢复正常）
