品牌备案成功，能用A+，还是用不了VEIN怎么办？

这是我自己发的邮件模板，2-3天客服就帮我开通VINE这个功能了。

We have registered the brand: XXXXX in this account, you can check it by this link:

We want to participate in VINE programme, the page showed up that "You must be a brand representative to enroll products in Vine. Please visit Amazon Brand Registry to register your brand." Please visit the link below:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/vine/(这里填上账号后台VINE的那个页面的链接。)

And we have contacted seller support, they told us that we are the brand representative. This problem is related to the error code 5001a, we are the owner of the brand name: XXXXX, please help us address this error. (这里说卖家支持告诉我们已经是品牌代表角色是假的，我自己编出来的。)

开通VINE这个没有捷径，我之前开了十几个case都被拒绝，后来把邮件的内容修改下并且我觉得我已经把事情交代得很清楚了，那每天不断的开case直到遇到那个对的客服就行

哇，谢谢分享，你这个是其他站点的吧，美国的一般不用case，其他站点的就需要开case

您好，我也遇到了同样的问题，完成品牌备案后，开了几十个case也一直无法使用品牌功能和Vine，看了您的文章好，感觉醍醐灌顶。但是我发现，在按照您说的打开“业务报告”后，并没有发现那行字，应该是后台最近更新的原因，请问在新后台的界面下，该如何找到对应的路径开case呢？

请问如果要是开case的话，该选择什么路径呢？case都需要提供什么资料呢？

账号不符合条件，这个没遇到过的哦，
