品牌授权,但无法找到与此电子邮件地址关联的品牌注册帐户,怎么解决

最近搞品牌授权(将A店铺的品牌授权到B店铺,让B店铺无需品牌备案可以用A店铺的品牌上架产品),各种问题都遇上了下面分享一下:

一、基本流程.大家看下我关于授权的帖子,图文流程都非常详尽,我随便贴几张图供大家参考。(注意:下面步骤其实都是在A店铺的电脑上操作)
1、品牌页面https://brandregistry.amazon.com/ 开case

2、这一步必须切换到英文才可以打开

3、填写基本资料

1)客套话,复制粘贴一下
2)Add a Brand Registry user account
3)B店铺的登录邮箱
4)A店铺的品牌名
5)建议Registered Agent

以上,如无意外,一天内就会收到授权成功的回复了。

二、疑难解答。 下面才是重头戏, 99.9%通不过授权基本就是遇到下面这些问题。1是朋友第一次授权遇到的问题,2,3是朋友将另一个品牌授权给某个已经备案过一个品牌的店铺所遇到的问题。
1.Case官方回复如下
We have searched for : xxx@***.mail in our database and were unable to find a Brand Registry account associated with this email address. Unfortunately, we can only add roles for accounts that have been registered in Brand Registry.

If the user already has a Seller account with Amazon, they can create a Brand Registry user account with the same credentials. Please direct the individual to create a Brand Registry account on Amazon with the email address to which you would be assigning the role.

They can access the Brand Registry account set up page via the following link:
https://brandservices.amazon.com

遇到这种情况是因为你的店铺 B尚未注册品牌账户,只需到品牌备案页面填写资料注册一个账户即可,请保证你的店铺B最终能到达下面这个页面

注意以上操作是在被授权的店铺 B的电脑上完成的。
之后再重新在 A店铺的品牌页面开case再授权一次即可

查到网上有人收到这样的邮件,用第一种状况的操作方法就解决了。我朋友也遇到这种情况,但是我朋友的 B店铺是已经有一个品牌成功备案的,B店铺是肯定已经注册了品牌账户的。后面想起自己开始乱试验乱操作好像把B店铺已备案的品牌品牌角色由Administrator转换成了Registered Agent.于是就试试将B店铺已备案品牌角色转换回Administrator,再通过A店铺重新开case授权A店铺的品牌过去,终于收到成功授权的邮件回复。

是的,你没看错,这是已经授权成功的邮件。我们也天真地以为已经成功授权,但是最终发现 too young too simple.用授权品牌上传产品一直无法成功上传,而且被授权店铺的品牌页面上也没有显示成功授权的品牌。于是怀疑可能依然没有授权成功。迫于无奈,又继续再A电脑上开case再做一次授权。这一次操作和之前有一点不同,描述里没有填B店铺的店铺名。

收到 case回复:

要求提供店铺的 Merchant Token,就是店铺的卖家标志

这次感觉要成功的几率非常强烈,立马回复 case,不久再次收到授权成功的邮件

来到 B店铺的品牌页面,显示有2个品牌,一个是店铺本身备案的,另一个是A店铺授权过来的

历尽千辛万苦,终于成功了。

问题1,
在后台检查所有站点健康状况都正常,品牌授权时,品牌支持CASE回复说,需要所有市场都处于健康状态,才能品牌授权;

亚马逊Case:
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,

Thank you for reaching out with your request to add a user to your brand.

We are unable to process this request because your brand account and/or the account for the user you wish to add have an unhealthy status. We require all relevant accounts across all marketplaces to have a healthy status to add a role to a brand.

To find more information about why an account has an unhealthy status, please visit the Account Health page in Seller Central for all your accounts across all marketplaces and ask the user to do the same. This will allow you to identify where the concern is and how to fix it.

Once you have rectified the concerns and all accounts are healthy, you can re-submit this request by opening a new case using the Brand Registry Contact Us page in your account. Select 'Update your brand profile' and then click on 'Update role for user account'.
解决方案:
1.检查所有A B 账号所有站点账号健康状况。路径:绩效-账户状况。

2.检查没有问题之后,品牌授权A B账号开Case 问品牌支持哪个站点账号不健康,
“Would you mind tell me which marketplaces have an unhealthy status ?”

3.如果case回复了具体的站点,就对应站点检查,直到品牌支持团队回复,所有的站点账号都健康。

Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
I understand your concern with regards to the request for add a role for the brand "品牌名称" on case #case号
I have checked and see that the account status is normal in all the marketplaces.

4.拿着CASE号,重新去品牌授权,(品牌授权步骤参考:https://www.wearesellers.com/question/18731)
附文案:
I need to add B账号邮箱 as a 品牌名 brand user account.
I have checked and see that the account status is normal in all the marketplaces. (Case ID:case号)
Which would you like to do: Add, Update, or Remove a Brand Registry user account?: Add
Enter the Email Address login of the Brand Registry user account:: B账号邮箱
Enter the brand(s) that this request pertains to:: 品牌名
Enter the role(s) that you would like the user account to have (Administrator, Rights Owner, or Registered Agent):: 角色

5.品牌授权成功
Case 回复:
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
Thank you for contacting us with your request to add a role to your brand.
I can confirm your request to add a new role has been successfully completed:

? Role requested: 角色
? Account/Email: B账号邮箱
? Brand: 品牌名

Note that these changes may take up to 24 hours to replicate.

问题2,
A账号是品牌备案账号(品牌管理角色)授权C账号。第一次授权,品牌支持回:,只有品牌管理员才有权限处理。多次重复授权后,品牌支持回复:涉嫌滥用

第一次授权,品牌支持回复case:
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
Thank you for contacting us with your request to add a role to brand 品牌名.
This type of request can only be processed if we receive it from the administrator of the brand. You will need to contact the brand administrator of 品牌名 and ask to create a new case. You can ask them to follow the steps below:
* Sign in to their Brand Registry account.
* Click on Brand Registry Support.
* Select ‘update role or add new user to account’.
* Enter the details and click on Send.

多次重复授权后,品牌支持回复涉嫌滥用case:
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
I understand you want to add user C账号邮箱 as Administrator for brand 品牌名.
We are writing to inform you that your request to add the user C账号邮箱
in the brand 品牌名 is declined. We reserve the right to decline applications where we have identified that the to-be-added account has been involved in abusive conduct on our websites, or is related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct.
I hope I was able to address your concern. If you have any additional information or questions regarding this case, please feel free to reopen it. Please help us improve our service levels by letting us know if you were satisfied with the support provided:




解决方案:
1.A账号开CASE和品牌支持确认品牌管理角色。
询问文案:“I want to know which brand role am I?”
品牌支持团队回复:
Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
I understand your concern is that you want to know your role for the brand 品牌名.
Upon checking, I see that your account A账号邮箱, 卖家编号 is currently the Administrator and Rights Owner for the brand.
Have a nice day!

2.确认是品牌管理员角色之后,拿着CASE号,重新去品牌授权,
附文案:
I need to add C账号邮箱 as a 品牌名 brand user account.
I have checked and see that the account status is normal in all the marketplaces. (Reference Case ID:Case号码)
My account A账号邮箱, 卖家编号 is currently the Administrator and Rights Owner for the brand. (Reference Case ID:Case号码)

Which would you like to do: Add, Update, or Remove a Brand Registry user account?: Add,
Enter the Email Address login of the Brand Registry user account:: C账号邮箱
Enter the brand(s) that this request pertains to:: 品牌名

之前我了解到的账户滥用是说要换店铺备案或者换店铺授权,这个新的方法也是别人刚告诉我的,你可以试下
