欧洲卖家号被锁,冻结了,能正常卖货,无法登陆

欧洲卖家号被锁,冻结了,能正常卖货,无法登陆.
原因是美国站有人下单,用欧洲卖家号下的.
还发了邮件,含订单号等等.
但是联系解封一直无果.20几天了.
各位有谁遇到过.
