从海外仓补货,选择的亚马逊自提,接收完成后存在80件的货件差异。 箱规是12件/箱,共10件。亚马逊接收了40件,差异数量80件,都是原厂包装,这怎么丢的?我都怀疑是亚马逊在转运中丢失的。。。 开case查询差异,要求提供发票,但是我们是工厂(但店铺是用其他公司名称注册的),又从海外仓发货,哪里有发票。找了海外仓,说没有任何交接单据。 说明原因后,亚马逊让提供以下材料: Please re-provide with valid packing list, which must include: - The date of delivery - The titles of the missing units - The quantity shipped - The manufacturer signature or stamp 我制作了一个package list,包含了以上部分,并且盖了章,结果还是回复了case如下: Amazon
