亚马逊美站品牌备案一直显示等待审核，已经2个礼拜！！

请问我这样的情况是怎么了？
现在是TM标，已经下了回执，去美站后台进行品牌注册，可是一直显示的是等待审核。目前已经2个礼拜+
后台CASE开了很多次，今天也问了美国的品牌团队，
给到的回复：

Based on the information that you have provided, your brand does not meet our eligibility requirements.
Please make sure that your brand meets the following conditions:
A. Your brand must have an active registered trademark in each country where you wish to enroll - please review the requirements by country. Note, the trademark for your brand must be in the form of a text-based mark or an image-based mark with words, letters, or numbers.
B. Your brand category is eligible for Amazon Brand Registry. Currently we do not accept brands in the following categories:
o Sport collectibles
o Entertainment collectibles
o Used product

我刚重新又提交了一次，但是之前的备案没办法取消。
现在两个备案都处在等待审核的情况。
我真得快崩溃了，麻烦哪位大神可以告诉我一下到底是哪里出错了，感激不尽！！！！
