亚马逊回复有点看不懂,我用百度翻译了下,好像是说我不是美国本地公民,无法验证我的美国税务证明.
这个不知要怎么操作了啊?

This message is referring to your Amazon Payments account which is unrelated to your Selling on Amazon account. Amazon Payments is a service we offer U.S. merchants that have their own website and would like to use us as one of their payment processors. For more information on Amazon Payments please click on the link below:
The reason your account is inactive is because we've been unable to verify your U.S. tax information. To use Amazon Payments you must be a U.S. resident or a business with a significant physical U.S. presence. If you don't meet either of these requirements you won't be eligible to use Amazon Payments.

If you feel you signed up for this service in error I will be more than happy to close it. The closure of Amazon Payments will not have any impact on your Selling on Amazon account.

邮件里说的很清楚了，你注册了“亚马逊支付服务”，但是这项服务是针对美国公民的。因为亚马逊无法验证你的美国税务信息，所以才导致你的账号是inactive。
你让客服帮你关掉这项服务就可以了，不会影响到你的账号销售。

那关闭了亚马逊支付服务后,不是无法收到买家的货款了啊?

不会，依旧可以正常收款，这项服务你用不着，直接关掉就可以了，不会影响到你的卖家账户的收款。
这项服务是针对有自己网站的美国商人，可以使用这项服务作为网站的一种支付方式。
