关于亚马逊物流丢失的库存

我有一批货到fba仓后少了几套，开case问了以后审核团队说要我提供英文的invoice，但是我们开票都是开的中文票，没有英文的，难道以后丢失的货都只能不管了吗

那个货件关闭了吗？如果没关闭可以不管，亚马逊会慢慢给你上齐的，但是如果关闭了还是少了，就可以去申请调查，可以提交发票，出货证明，签收证明这些，都试试看

已经关闭了，发票我们只能提供中文发票，出货证明我们有的，客服的回执是这么说的

The proof of purchase must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include:

Date of the purchase
Product name of the missing items
Quantity purchased
Full name and address of invoice issuer
Full name and address of purchaser

The purchase price is not required and may be obscured.
