同问,有一个ASIN被客户投诉不是原厂件not OEM Brand,描述写的很明白是售后维修件, 而且品牌也没写原厂。
第一封邮件: In order to ensure the authenticity of items for sale on Amazon, we are reviewing your inventory for the ASIN listed at the bottom of this email. Your listings are still active, but we would like to work with you to complete our review.
提供资料后平台回复 We received your submission but do not have enough information to address the issues with your listings at this time. We have not received sufficient Value-Added Tax (VAT) documents. 顺带警告 Your listings for the below item(s) will remain inactive. If we receive more complaints about your listings, we may deactivate your Amazon seller account.
刚开始链接还是在线的,要求提供发票和供应商信息。因为产品是不含税买进的,我提供了采购合同和付款记录。但是审核没过,要求我提供审核日期前的增值税发票。现在产品也直接被blocked,库存被限制。我现在手里有发票,但是不满足后台申诉条件,发票日期要之前365天Include document date (date must be prior to the Policy Warning notification or enforcement)。
感觉这是死局,目前账户销售权还在,我可以不申诉过六个月让他自动过时间吗? 我怕继续申诉,账号没了! |
