咋个才能通过豁免呢！这个品牌用了两年了，之前注册的时候用的是图形商标，图形商标类似于英文字母的变形，然后被商标局拆分，多了一个字母出来，导致与现在使用的品牌差了一个字母，为现在使用的商标申请豁免时，就没法申请豁免了
