品牌授权书

我们店铺是由品牌授权的，并且已经在后台成功添加了品牌，但是我们当我们货到了之后发现产品不可售，并且要求我们提供发票或者品牌授权书，，发票我们已经提供了不通过，请问谁有遇到这样类似的问题，品牌授权书应该使用什么模版可以直接通过？求各位大佬指点。

要提交品牌授权书和发票

品牌授权书和发票他们给我驳回了，是制造商开出的发票，请问这发票有什么要求吗？那边也不细说
授权是内容跟亚马逊要的，但是也不通过：Note: Please print and sign this form and return a scanned PDF or image.
