(i) We need to ensure cybersecurity, or respond to infringements committed by fraudulent or other illegal means, or acts that are clearly against the public policy; (ii) You have repeatedly violated Amazon terms and conditions or policies and these violations might interfere with Amazon’s service provision; or (iii) We need to comply with the laws and regulations, or a request or disposition by the administrative authorities.

About reactivation of your account We will conduct our own review for this action. We will automatically reinstate your account without your application if we conclude in our judgment that this action was clearly made in error. Please note that, because of the nature of the violation, we will not accept or review any material that you will send us in order to show you did not violate our policies and/or laws.
If, as a result of our review, your account is not reinstated and you have funds in your account, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contactingdisbursement-appeals@amazon.co.jp, after 90 days following this notification. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account.
