亚马逊发来了账户回复的邮件，实际没有恢复

notice-retraction@amazon.com.au是亚马逊什么团队的邮箱，给我发来邮件，其中Asin 侵权了，权利人撤诉了(在我店铺封了之后撤诉的)，告诉我账户已恢复，但是并没有恢复，这是什么鬼操作？有人知道吗？帮帮我,下面是邮件的内容
