Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
I understand you are concerned that you are unable to access brand features.
On checking, I see that your selling account is not associated with your registered brand hence you are unable to access the brand features for AAA.
At this point, I am unable to link the selling account to the brand AAA because your brand account have an unhealthy status. We require all relevant accounts across all marketplaces to have a healthy status to add a role to a brand.
To find more information about why an account has an unhealthy status, please visit the Account Health page in Seller Central for all your accounts across all marketplaces and ask the user to do the same. This will allow you to identify where the concern is and how to fix it.
Once you have rectified the concerns and all accounts are healthy, you can re-submit this request by opening a new case using the Brand Registry Contact Us page in your account. Select 'Update your brand profile' and then click on 'Update role for user account'.
