关于品牌备案和品牌授权问题

我之前买了一个店铺，店铺已经备案了一个品牌，然后店铺执照注销了不能买保险，我能不能把这个品牌转让过来，这样麻烦吗？
如果很麻烦，我想直接在后台把品牌授权给我新店，新店在使用品牌的时候应该注意那些问题才不会关联。（因为听说很多大公司因为品牌连坐关店了）

然后就问一下，我自己店铺因为虚假撤诉邮件欺骗亚马逊帮忙恢复违规链接被关店，但是品牌已经从那个店铺撤销备案了，这样的品牌重新备案安全吗？

2.撤销备案的可以从新备案的

没有营业执照买了保险毫无意义

如果你要重新备案是可以的，撤销成功后2-3周备案

执照注销可以买保险，只是为了应对亚马逊审核。仅此而已。
