On 12/7 /2021 Amazon experienced internal issues thathindered our ability to process trailers arriving at ourfacilities. At this time we are working to recover from thisoutage by rescheduling all existing inboundappointments starting with those impacted on 12/7

Inbound appointments previously scheduled for deliveryon 12/7 will be rescheduled for the earliest availableappointment time starting 12/8. Subsequentappointments previously scheduled for 12/8 through12/12 may also be impacted as we work to recover. Allimpacted appointments will be rescheduled for theearliest available appointment time in FIFO order

As we recuperate from capacity lost on 12/7 no requestsfor early delivery will be granted. If you would like toreschedule your newly granted appointment time for alater date, please modify the requested delivery date onyourexistingappointmentatcarriercentral.amazon.com
