投诉跟卖不成功

有没有大师遇到过，我是品牌所有者，备案成功了，有GCID号，购买了测试单，写信给亚马逊投诉，总是回复我：Hello,

不给移除那个跟卖的，要怎么处理啊，我邮件写给亚马逊就是说我是品牌所有者，那个人没有得到我的授权在跟卖，也没有从我这里购买过产品，他是卖的仿货，是我的写的不对吗
